El Cenador de Amós is a gastronomic temple located in a marvellous 18th century mansion. Its commitment to high gastronomy is upheld, strengthened and it does its utmost to offer a unique space that leaves nobody indifferernt… the experience begins from the moment you enter the restaurant.
The ”Casa-Palacio Mazarrasa” (Mazarrasa Mansion) where El Cenador de Amós is located, dates back to the year 1756.
The building’s façade has a barroque composition. The entire set of buildings is made up of a central, tower-shaped body with two side parts. The tower is made up of three parts and has geometrical decoration.
The main dining room of El Cenador de Amós is located in the old stable yard. The natural light that floods into this space makes it unique and it is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Spain. We have three main dining rooms and two small private dining rooms, all of which are charming.
The venue has been decorated by the prestigious interior designer, Rafael Zabala, respecting its original architectonic elements from the 18th century (the stone arches, the fine woodworking in heart pine, chestnut and oak and the period doors made using blown glass), giving the room a more minamalist touch, whilst maintaining all its charm. Polished floors, walls and beams painted spotless white, modern vertical partitions and design elements, together make an elegant dining room where an unforgettable gastronomic experience may be enjoyed.
