Our cuisine seeks to fix the flavor in each of the proposals that we present and that make up our experience.

For this new edition we propose a reflection on flavor and temporality. Each of the bites belong to a time. Past, present or future. They invite knowledge, recognition or identification, from a conscious creation, recreation or interpretation.

In this edition, everything changes. Everything except respect, admiration and commitment to the environment, loyalty to our cuisine and the way of understanding gastronomy.

Temporality also carries, implicitly for us, an invitation to the hedonistic enjoyment of the gastronomic experience. As well as an invocation to time.

“Tempus fugit”. At the dawn of the third decade, many emotions, many experiences and much to celebrate in this new edition of Cenador de Amós.
